Refund Policy

• Refunds are triggered automatically by the system once the online order is rejected.
• In case where a refund is not triggered automatically, we initiate the refund process manually on your request.
• OD will provide the proof of refund including (TRX Reference Number)
• Once the refund is triggered, the processing time solely depends on the “Bank Processing” time of the Customer’s bank.
• Amount reflection time on the customer’s account may take 2- 14 days.
